  • butter - 30 grams (melted)
  • chopped pecans - 30 grams (optional for topping)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, heavy cream, egg, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
