Ingredients

  • Ground venison - 400 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground venison, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, black pepper, sea salt, and chopped parsley.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, approximately 1.5 cm thick.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked through.
