- Venison steak - 250 grams, diced

- Red bell pepper - 1, diced
- Carrot - 1 medium, diced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, diced
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons, for garnish
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
