- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add diced carrots and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
