  • Bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Green onion, sliced - 2 stalks
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add diced carrots and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Stir in the green peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
  6. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and mix well to combine all ingredients.
  7. Add sliced green onions, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
