- Vegetable broth - 3 cups (720ml)
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Spinach, fresh - 1 cup (about 30g)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
