  • Bell Pepper (Red) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce over the sautéed vegetables, and season with black pepper and salt. Stir well to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
