- Bell Pepper (Red) - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot to the skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the broccoli florets and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
