  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Jalapeño pepper - 1 small, seeded and minced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic, red and green bell peppers, and jalapeño for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the Monterey Jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until well blended.
  5. Stir in the sautéed vegetable mixture, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
