- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic, red and green bell peppers, and jalapeño for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.

- Stir in the sautéed vegetable mixture, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
