  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
