  • Button mushrooms - 1 cup, whole
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
