- Peanut butter - 3 tablespoons

- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, and lime juice, mixing until smooth.
- Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and pour the peanut sauce over the stir-fry, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
