- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the garlic sauce.
