- Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (for serving)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion, carrot, and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
