Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

- Add the diced zucchini, bell pepper, and shredded carrot to the skillet. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cooked lentils, soy sauce, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles and the vegetable-lentil mixture. Mix thoroughly to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the noodle mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
