- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup
- Chopped spinach - 1/2 cup
- Diced bell pepper - 1/4 cup
- Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
- Minced garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems, setting them aside for later use.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
