  • Spinach - 50 g, fresh
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, diced
  • Onion - 1/4, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
