- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Stir in the salt, pepper, parsley, and basil.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
