- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Spinach - 100 grams (fresh)
- Mushrooms - 100 grams (sliced)
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams (halved)
- Fresh basil - 10 grams (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little water if necessary to achieve a sauce-like consistency.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 25 cm (10 inches) in diameter.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the cashew sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the fresh spinach, sliced mushrooms, and halved cherry tomatoes evenly over the sauce.
