  • Broccoli florets - 150 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 inch, grated
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the red bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the tofu to the skillet, then add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
