- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and mix well.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss again until the tofu is well coated.
- Place the tofu bites on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
