  • Vegan ladyfinger cookies - 10 pieces

Steps

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, coconut cream, soaked cashews, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix instant coffee and water to dissolve the coffee granules.
