  • Cooked green lentils - 150 grams
  • Vegetable broth - 150 ml
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add diced onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are softened.
