- Vegan pie crust - 1 (store-bought or homemade)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small cubes, then boil in a pot of water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Mash them until smooth.
