  • Coconut milk - 120 ml
  • Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pecans - 50 grams, chopped
  • Oats - 30 grams
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon, melted

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into cubes, then boil in water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Mash them with a fork or a potato masher.
