Ingredients
- Graham crackers - 4 pieces
- Vegan chocolate (dark or milk) - 50 grams
- Vegan marshmallows - 4 pieces
- Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon (for grilling)
- Peanut butter (optional) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat a grill or a griddle over medium heat.
- Take two pieces of graham crackers and place a piece of vegan chocolate on each.
- Place a vegan marshmallow on top of the chocolate on both crackers.
- If using peanut butter, spread it on the remaining two pieces of graham crackers.
- Carefully place the assembled crackers (with chocolate and marshmallows) on the grill or griddle.
- Grill for about 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff up and start to brown slightly.
- Remove from heat and immediately place the peanut butter spread crackers on top of the marshmallows to create a sandwich.
- Gently press down and let it sit for a minute to allow the chocolate to melt further.
- Slice in half if desired and serve warm.
