Ingredients

  • Graham crackers - 4 pieces
  • Vegan chocolate (dark or milk) - 50 grams
  • Vegan marshmallows - 4 pieces
  • Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon (for grilling)
  • Peanut butter (optional) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or a griddle over medium heat.
  2. Take two pieces of graham crackers and place a piece of vegan chocolate on each.
  3. Place a vegan marshmallow on top of the chocolate on both crackers.
  4. If using peanut butter, spread it on the remaining two pieces of graham crackers.
  5. Carefully place the assembled crackers (with chocolate and marshmallows) on the grill or griddle.
  6. Grill for about 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff up and start to brown slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and immediately place the peanut butter spread crackers on top of the marshmallows to create a sandwich.
  8. Gently press down and let it sit for a minute to allow the chocolate to melt further.
  9. Slice in half if desired and serve warm.
