  • Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g)
  • Fresh blueberries - 1/2 cup (75g)
  • Sliced banana - 1 medium (120g)
  • Chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup (30g)

Steps

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove any bitterness.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cover.
