- Smoked paprika - 1/2 teaspoon (2g)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3g)
- Fresh jalapeño, minced - 1 small (15g)
- Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons (8g)
- Diced tomatoes (canned or fresh) - 1/2 cup (75g)
Steps
- Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 2 hours or overnight, then drain and rinse them.

- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
