  • brown sugar - 60 grams
  • maple syrup - 30 grams
  • plant-based milk - 60 ml
  • coconut oil - 30 grams, melted
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
