  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika - 5 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 2 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt - 3 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano - 1 gram
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder - 2 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, dried oregano, and onion powder.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
  5. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
