Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the softened vegan butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
