- plant-based milk (almond or soy) - 200 ml
- maple syrup - 30 ml
- coconut oil (melted) - 15 ml
- vanilla extract - 5 ml
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the plant-based milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
