  • all-purpose flour - 150 grams

  • plant-based milk (almond or soy) - 200 ml
  • maple syrup - 30 ml
  • coconut oil (melted) - 15 ml
  • vanilla extract - 5 ml

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the plant-based milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a little coconut oil if necessary.
