- Jalapeños - 30 grams (sliced)
- Avocado - 1 medium (for crema)

Steps
- Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 4 hours, then drain and rinse them.
- In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and 100 ml of water. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if necessary to reach a pourable consistency.
- Prepare the avocado crema by blending the avocado, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the cashew cheese sauce evenly over the tortilla chips, ensuring they are well-covered.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, cilantro, and sliced jalapeños.
