- Portobello mushrooms - 2 large

- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Vegan mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Brush the marinade over both sides of the portobello mushrooms and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
