  • unsweetened applesauce - 50 grams
  • molasses - 50 grams
  • brown sugar - 50 grams
  • coconut oil, melted - 30 grams
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, molasses, applesauce, and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.
