- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Tahini - 30 grams (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic powder - 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon)
- Paprika - 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, sliced olives, and chopped parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water until desired consistency is reached.
