  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
