Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 50 grams, diced
  • Black olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Basil - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Vegan feta cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Layer the sliced red onion, diced bell pepper, sliced black olives, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the dried oregano and basil over the vegetables.
  8. Crumble the vegan feta cheese over the pizza, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the toppings.
