- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Coconut oil - 30 grams (melted)
- Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut cream - 200 grams (chilled)
- Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Assorted fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, mango) - 150 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt to form a dough.
- Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a 20 cm tart pan evenly.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- In another bowl, whip the chilled coconut cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Spread the whipped coconut cream evenly over the cooled tart crust.
- Slice the assorted fresh fruits and arrange them beautifully on top of the coconut cream.
- Refrigerate the tart for at least 15 minutes before serving to set the cream.
