Ingredients
- Mixed fruit puree (apples, strawberries, and bananas) - 400 grams
- Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 60°C (140°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine the mixed fruit puree, agave syrup, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the fruit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and let it dry for about 6 to 8 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
- Once dried, remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Cut into strips and roll them up in parchment paper for storage.
