Ingredients

  • Mixed fruit puree (apples, strawberries, and bananas) - 400 grams
  • Agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 60°C (140°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, combine the mixed fruit puree, agave syrup, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and let it dry for about 6 to 8 hours, or until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
  5. Once dried, remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Cut into strips and roll them up in parchment paper for storage.
