Ingredients

  • Fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) - 250 grams
  • Banana - 1 medium, sliced
  • Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Rolled oats - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Coconut oil - 3 tablespoons, melted
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh mixed berries and sliced banana.
  3. Add the maple syrup and cornstarch to the fruit mixture, and gently toss until the fruits are coated.
  4. Transfer the fruit mixture into a small baking dish or two individual ramekins.
