Steps
- In a mixing bowl, mash the cooked chickpeas with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth.
- Add tahini, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, and black salt to the mashed chickpeas.
- Mix thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
