  • Natural peanut butter - 50g
  • Maple syrup - 15g
  • Coconut oil - 10g
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Sea salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Melt the dark vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Pour a small amount of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner, just enough to cover the base, and place it in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until combined and smooth.
  5. Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and add a dollop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the set chocolate in each liner.
  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, ensuring it is fully covered.
  7. Return the muffin tin to the freezer and let it set for another 15-20 minutes.
  8. Once set, remove the cups from the liners and enjoy your homemade Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
