  • Silken tofu - 200 grams
  • Dark chocolate (dairy-free) - 100 grams
  • Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
