  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • coconut oil (melted) - 30 grams
  • brown sugar - 50 grams
  • granulated sugar - 30 grams
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • unsweetened applesauce - 30 grams
  • vegan chocolate chips - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the unsweetened applesauce to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
