- coconut oil (melted) - 30 grams
- brown sugar - 50 grams
- granulated sugar - 30 grams
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- unsweetened applesauce - 30 grams
- vegan chocolate chips - 50 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the unsweetened applesauce to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
