- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Vegetable broth - 120 ml
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the wide egg-free noodles according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 7-9 minutes.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes translucent and starts to caramelize.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
