  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs (whole wheat) - 1/4 cup
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions, usually about 30 minutes.
  3. While the rice is cooking, steam the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
