Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 1 small (about 250g)
  • BBQ sauce - 100ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100g, sliced
  • Corn (canned or frozen) - 100g
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the surface.
  5. Evenly distribute the sliced red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and corn over the pizza.
  6. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
