- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100g, sliced
- Corn (canned or frozen) - 100g
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100g, shredded
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the surface.
- Evenly distribute the sliced red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and corn over the pizza.
