- Fresh dill, chopped - 2 tablespoons

- Water - 60 milliliters
Steps
- Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 2 hours, then drain and rinse.
- In a blender or food processor, combine soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, salt, black pepper, and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
