  • Honey - 2 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 250 milliliters

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced carrots, cubed sweet potatoes, and halved prunes.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and honey over the vegetable mixture.
  4. Add the cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, then mix well to coat all the ingredients evenly.
