  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Vegetable broth - 300 milliliters
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
