Steps
- Grate the cucumber using a box grater and place it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated.
